Sole trader: agile audits, Scrum coaching, product and engineering management backup, web and mobile development, and AI tooling for engineering teams.
Product, dev, delivery — a team of two
Building an entertainment and culture app for children and their parents, using AI on three levels: text, image and audio. The two of us cover every role while keeping agile discipline — development, devops, PO, PM, marketing, communication. Three apps shipped in four and a half months (web PWA, App Store, Play Store), plus a grant from ElevenLabs.
Engineering Manager
Accountable for the solution roadmap, technical and product, with an architectural vision on complex projects. I lead a Scrum team, embed engineering best practices (DDD, TDD, CI/CD), safeguard software quality and performance on high-traffic platforms, and own team management alongside HR.
Product & Innovation Director, then Program Manager
Four years at the heart of live ticketing. I reorganised the development teams around POs and Scrum Masters, supervised the use of Scrum, built the roadmaps shared between the exec committee, sales and engineering, and measured time spent per activity and per client to make the calls. On the product side: two platforms to evolve without breaking what worked, and an access-control application field-tested at Le Dôme in Marseille.
Master Product Delivery Manager / Scrum Master
Healthcare software: medical imaging, telemedicine, care coordination, security and interoperability of information systems. Accountable for building several software components and for putting Scrum into practice: production capacity, growing the team's skills, progress reporting and budget tracking, coordination across development teams.
Front tech lead / Squad Master
Evolving and optimising the products built on the Dailymotion player for partners, to maximise both user experience and revenue. Built the partner back-office (widget, continuous playback) and ran the planning of a six-person team in agile, hand in hand with product and business.
Team lead / Tech lead
Four and a half years on premium SVOD: first as tech lead of the web team (subscription service and acquisition funnel, POCs for StudioCanal and Universal Music), then leading the R&D team behind the HTML5 player — HLS, DASH and the Widevine, FairPlay and PlayReady DRMs — for every service in the group (WatchMusic, Studio+). That is where I introduced Scrum, unit and functional testing, and the working protocols between front-end teams.
Software engineer, then consultant
Software, systems and networks engineering degree from ISIMA (Clermont Auvergne INP), followed by a master's in marketing and e-communication. Six years of mobile web at Buongiorno (Mappy, PagesJaunes, Transdev, LogicImmo, Java web services for Orange), then consulting on Watchever's upcoming SVOD service — back when mobile was not yet obvious.

A family app for personalised audio stories: parents and children build a tale matched to the child’s age and interests, then listen to it. Co-founded as a team of two, with AI on three levels — text, image and audio — and three apps shipped in four and a half months: web (PWA), App Store and Play Store. ElevenLabs grant.
Mobile app & site
Geolocated walking adventures: guided tours, treasure hunts, outdoor escape games and orienteering, with friends or family. Product design, development and release.
